It was snowing. He supposed it was rather rare for it to be snowing this time of year. The holidays had gone and past without a bit of the white stuff. Regardless, it did bring a smile onto Maya's and Pearl's face. They went out to play in it without any extra coats. He assumed they would be back soon enough cold, wet, and with the snuffles.
